Kaze: The First Ultra Legendary

First, let’s spotlight Kaze, the revolutionary dual-form brawler! Our Null’s Brawl team is excited to implement her unique ability to switch between two completely different forms with distinct abilities. This marks the first Ultra Legendary rarity in Brawl Stars history!

Geisha Aspect:

  • Main Attack (Kaze’s Delivery Service): Dashes a short distance and strikes the nearest target, with bonus damage when hitting “Strike Spots”
  • Super (Fan Storm): Creates a deadly storm that blocks enemy vision and deals damage on contact
  • Star Powers: “Advanced Techniques” slows enemies hit in Strike Spots, while “Gratuity Included” removes ammo from enemies caught in Fan Storm
  • Gadgets: “Gracious Host” switches to Ninja Aspect and boosts movement speed, “Hensojutsu” switches to Ninja Aspect with temporary invisibility
  • Hypercharge (Ancient Energy): Adds damage over time to the center of Fan Storm

Ninja Aspect:

Kaze’s Ninja Aspect provides completely different abilities, making her effectively two brawlers in one! The complex implementation of this switching mechanic is why our development team needs additional time for testing.

Adding Kaze to Null’s Brawl introduces entirely new strategic possibilities that will revolutionize how you approach each match!

Jae-yong Mythic: The Karaoke King

Then there’s Jae-yong, the office worker by day and karaoke enthusiast by night! With his innovative mode-switching mechanic, he can alternate between providing support and dealing damage to enemies.

  • Trait: Super charges automatically over time. Main Attack (Work Hard, Play Hard). Fires piercing projectiles with different effects based on current mode:
  • Work Mode: Less damage but creates speed-boosting slipstreams.
    Party Mode: Damaging projectiles that also heal teammates
  • Super (Mix It Up!): Switches between Work and Party modes and activates different abilities.
  • Work Mode: Temporary movement speed boost for nearby teammates.
    Party Mode: Heals all nearby teammates.
  • Star Powers: “The Crowd Goes Mild” gains speed boost per nearby teammate, “Extra High Note” increases damage per target pierced.
  • Gadgets: “Weekend Warrior” deals area damage and temporarily boosts attack damage, “Time For A Slow Song” slows enemies and leaves slowing trails.

Battle for Katana Kingdom: Four Epic Chapters

The excitement doesn’t stop with new brawlers! Null’s Brawl 61.249 introduces the massive Battle for Katana Kingdom event spanning four chapters throughout May, each bringing new gameplay challenges and rewards:

Wasabi Powers: Unleash Ancient Energy!

This update introduces Wasabi Powers – special abilities that unlock powerful ancient energy within your brawlers. There are 60 different Wasabi Powers across four tiers of strength:

  • 20 Hot Wasabi Powers.
  • 15 Extra Hot Wasabi Powers.
  • 15 Crazy Hot Wasabi Powers.
  • 10 Inferno Wasabi Powers.

Once unlocked, brawlers with Wasabi Powers will have them automatically equipped in game modes with the Wasabi modifier, adding a whole new dimension to your strategies!

Brawl Arena: The First Brawl Stars MOBA!

Get ready for the most ambitious game mode yet: Brawl Arena! This true MOBA experience coming in June will feature:

  • 3v3 battles where the first team to destroy the enemy base wins.
  • Two lanes protected by towers.
  • Mini Bots that spawn and march down lanes.
  • Jungle with neutral enemies for XP.
  • A central Kaiju that provides buffs when defeated.
  • Arena leveling system from 0 to 15.
  • Double trophy rewards for victories.

MOBA Gameplay:

The Brawl Arena mode represents the first true MOBA experience in Brawl Stars, bringing strategic team play to a new level. Players will need to coordinate lane assignments, jungle rotations, and objective timings to achieve victory.
